Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Spent hours online looking for flights and ended up contacting a local travel agent. Within taking my details and dates for the flight I was given, not only options of flights but which airline was better for our needs in regards to layovers and flight times but what really stood out was that Renee had personal photos of the seats. It’s hard to book online as the airlines promote their new planes which of course may not be used here. So seeing her photos sold it for us. Thanks again Renee.
My mum at age 75 booked a trip via you for the pacific pearl in March, she enjoyed the trip but has had a drama after the trip ends, pacific pearl over charged her for something she did not buy. She then ask for a refund, this is taken 6 weeks to come from the USA. The free 500 ship credit was also deducted, when questioned why, we got a sorry they will refund, well it's been a month. On contacting hello world to help they washed he there hands and said we need to deal with pacific pearl. Not good enough, you sold and made the ticket, where is your customer service. NEVER USE THESE THEVES.....
