If going to Milford Sound, it's definitely well worth going to the Underwater Observatory and to go out on the kayaks. I loved it and everyone I've met since that has done it really enjoyed it and said it was one of the highlights of their trip to NZ.

Good Value if you only want a short trip on Milford Sound and you want to avoid motion sickness going out to the Tasman Sea and St Annes Point
