Completely unprofessional, they have ruined an expensive item and refused to take responsibility. They are the same people as Devonport Drycleaners, so go anywhere except these if you still want to get your stuff in order. Nightmare experience and shocking attitude!

The lady asked to charge me more when pick up, blaming that the staff undercharged me when I drop off. If I don’t pay I won’t get my stuff back. Rip-off. Won’t go back and will tell everyone I know to keep away from you guys.
