I have been a loyal customer of this property for the last 10 years. I have enjoyed the hospitality and attention to detail that the hotel staff have rendered to me. Love the junior suites and Highly recommend adding the club room access, which we found is great value for money and if you are travelling with kids is a must-have. The food was good to average. Ordered lamb shoulder which was good but the steak ordered medium came well done The entree bread quantity was filling but the side butter wasn’t. Can go again though.
I had bad experiences with Auckland branch Conference & Incentives Team (Sam Horsnell - Manager and Reka Csepcsenyi - Events Coordinator). They were hiring chair covers from me their 3 times. 1st and 2nd time chair covers they lost some of the chair covers. They pay for my lost only once and second time they said that they wont pay me for my lost. Just tips for people who doing business them just make sure you count the items on the spot before you collect your items.
