I visited Milly's yesterday looking for a set of scales with 1 gram sensitivity. There were none in stock but Theresa didn't leave it at that. She answered my questions about the vagaries of importing under covid and how that was impacting Milly's and other kitchen supply stores. She referred me to a competitor, highlighted a couple of their brands for me and recommended a specific brand to go for. In other words, she used her insider knowledge of her industry to help me get what I wanted. I walked out of Milly's without scales but with the feeling that I had just just received incredible, helpful service. Thank you Theresa. (Later yesterday afternoon, I was in Mitre 10 Ponsonby looking for something else and discovered a set of scales that would do what I wanted. So I supported local business and went with that set.)
