Took a watch in for a simple repair. Got watch back after 2 weeks only to find it wasn't keeping the time. Took back and it was sent away to "watch repairers". 6 weeks later I got my watch back... now it half works and is in even worse condition. Wish I'd never taken it in in the first place.

Brought in a new car key to get cut. Scraped up the brand new key, nearly breaking it, then put it in a bag and didn’t tell me. Only noticed when I got home. Would not recommend.
