I dropped off a pair of cowboy boots for some much needed repairs, and when I picked them up, the job was so good that they were a better state than when I got them brand new. The customer service is genuine and second to none. It is obvious that all the employees at Mr Minit Palmerston North are well led, happy and proud of the service they provide. The team are truly masters of their trade and are role models of the simple act of kindness.

I visited the kiosk in the plaza yesterday to have a battery replaced in my watch. My 28yr old grandson was with me and while there we also picked out keyring holders to be engraved. We were both so very impressed with the level of work done and the kindness and respect shown to us both. Great quality, value and professionalism. Good one guys. We sure will be recommending you!
