I asked how much to repair my shoe He was not interested and immediately said “buy a new one” Its a 350 shoe, that i have only had for months! Other shoe shops happily gave me quotes. Its a very simple repair. Lazy worker.

Visited Richard at Mister Mint in Newmarket today. Needed to get a small amount of engraving done. Richard was amazing. Really helpful and efficient. All done in about 10min. Great team. Highly recommend.

I first bumped into Mister Minit while trying to navigate my way into the new mall. I stopped by Mister Minit and they very kindly helped me with the directions. Next time when I was in the mall I decided to get my favourite shoe fixed that had seen better days. To my surprise my shoe was repaired to a standard that was better than original. To top it off I also got a warranty on the works. I left the shop very pleased. However, the best experience was the most recent when they made a new remote key from my 90% damaged remote. The price was atleast 60% cheaper than the dealer and best of all I know I can always count on my new go to store. Overall very competent and professional team!

Terrible experience here today. I brought in a brand new wooden hair brush to get engraved with someone’s initials. Asked the employee if they engraved wood and he said yes. All I asked for was two letters and that they be centered on the brush but clearly that was too much to ask. The engraved initials were WAY off centre and the engraving was absolutely terrible quality. The lines in the letter “M” are not even complete. It looks messy and half finished. Not only that but they somehow also took a chip of wood out of the edge of the brush that was NOT there before. This was a gift for someone special and it is now ruined thanks to your staff.
