I Ordered Mithaiwala special thali. Very disappointed with the taste and the rice was not cooked well also soy curry was the old one not fresh . Bcoz of that, my mate got a stomach ache and they were not even ready to accept it.

I love this place. It is my local and their Mithaiwala Thali is legendary. Pukaraj (the owner) and everyone that works their are very friendly. Also their vegan options are top quality!

Horrible customer service. Ordered by uber. Punjabi thali. Rice was off chana and raita was so salty couldn't eat. I called about it the lady picked up when I complained and askd what can be done she didn't reply. When I said wont order in future, her reply was as you wish and hung up. Called 2nd time ask for manager she said I have to talk to her only. Never ever visit that place.

I ate so many different dishes from here and not a single time have they failed to dissappoint. I will never buy any sweet, rather anything from this shop. These people have fallen to shameful levels. My flatmate has got food poisoning after eating Mithaiwala's food, if I was him I would have surely reported. These people sell left over rotten stuff and assure each time that there food is fresh. Height of dishonesty! I hope these people either improve their quality or shutdown the business if they can't keep their customers' trust.
