Well I’ve had a mashup with delivery team. I went in on Saturday and bought a lot of stuff and a bath tub. It was to big for my car and asked them to delivery. They said they don’t do on weekends. Monday is full and Tuesday is fine after 3pm. I was waiting from 3 to 5 and decided to call. They said they would drop tomorrow. I told them to drop in front of my garage because I won’t be home all day. I rebooked the plumber again but when I turned home at 5 pm I didn’t see any anything delivered. I rang them and they said tomorrow again. I decided to get a refund and ask the plumber bring one.

I went into the store today to purchase a tower fan, after finding the one I wanted I was unable to find the new box for it so I asked a team member for help. The English/Scottish man helped me and I kid you not it took him a good 20 minutes to locate the fan but it was all done with a smile and lovely attitude. I couldn't be happier and I truly hope this team member gets the recognition he deserves
