Graeme is very pleasant and helpful and explained everything to me in a straightforward manner- he even loaned me a yellow one for a week to get used to the idea of owning one of his scooters! Very generous..... eventually I sent it back with him since I was confused about exiting my garage but having had the exiting explained to me (I have brain damage!) I reconsidered asking Graeme to bring it back next time he was in town! He replied pleasantly and agreed to bring it back! Very impressive I thought! Thank you Graeme!..
