This place is a total gamechanger for parents with toddlers. Many cafes say they are 'child friendly' but in reality they are not. This place actually is and they encourage you to bring your kids! For the first time we went out for breakfast with our kids and felt completely comfortable. Many toys to entertain them and other kids to play with. The food and coffee was excellent and reasonably priced. We will be back again and again.

Happy to find a hidden gem in Kingsland. Super friendly staff and good ambience. Surprisingly quiet and cozy inside. Full of yummy looking sandwich and bakery stuff in the cabinet. Popular items on the menu as well. Egg bene and mushrooms on sourdough were delightful and coffee was thumbs up. One thing I do mind is cutlery in a jar on each table. For hygienic reasons I don't like using it.

Food was delicious. Best steak and mushroom pie ever. 2 suggestions . A kiddie proof lock on back door be a help for adventurous littlies. Also wider range of dairy free options be great. Definitely visit again.

Coffee is good and service too. They have a good little kids kitchen set up for the kids. Note if you need to avoid steps there is a back entrance although it's a little tricky to find.
