Messaged contact details and job request via their website. A week went by, no reply so phoned them. Said he would phone back with a date to do septic tank. No return call after another week so phoned again. Given a time and date but didn't show up. Really disappointed so we went elsewhere. Turned up 2 days later announced to do the job.
