Absolutely loved my stay on 7 February. Spent time wandering around patting alpaca, sheep and chickens. Facilities were excellent clean, tidy and stocked with equipment every traveller forgets to pack. This was my first night on my holiday, and my first time in a campervan. The location is so peaceful I wish I could have stayed longer.

Tour Aotearoa rider here and I wish I could've stayed here all through out New Zealand. Its got Peacocks, its peaceful and has good pricing. Really great facilities. Feels really spacious and I love the Peacock wallpaper. Rates quite well against some of the places I've stayed. Love it. Plus has unlimited wifi.

Loved this holiday park! Was just what I needed! Quiet, peaceful, green, variety of animals to see and feed if so inclined. Hosts are great. They allow dogs, and all the dogs visiting there were very well behaved ... No barking nor fuss. Great place.

I was hugely impressed with the Country Park, the facilities, the grounds, cleanliness and high standards. Well done Stewart and team for the incredible upgrade and welcoming family friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

We were not disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. We booked here last minute coming through from Queenstown to Milford Sound. We had cabin 1 which was ideal with two kids (bonus was the double bed was in a separate room to the main area with the kids’ beds ). Everything was spotless and the cabins seem very new and with lovely homely touches like wallpapered feature walls. We were given bags of pellets to feed the alpacas, sheep, goats and chickens. Fantastic and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Thought we'd try Mossburn Country Park as it was just outside Te Anau and a good price for an unpowered site. Super impressed in every way. Cleanest and tidiest campground we've visited on our South Island trip. Love the peacocks wandering around the place too. Would recommend to anyone.
