I was looking for job in Tauranga in August and 1st call found me various offers very quickly! I was really satisfied. Then I came back in october and I was working only 2 days/week.... very disappointed!! I had to look for another job myself since they even stopped answering to my messages.

I’ve been with 1st Call Recruitment for a year now and it has been an awesome experience! I’m currently a uni student and they were able to find me a part time job that would suit my schedule while studying. Cara and Aleisha are awesome who would always let me know if there’s a job waiting for me! They have also sussed me a job during this summer holiday! Thank you guys a lot!

Useless. Took over a week to get signed up. Wouldn't have happened if I had not being persistent and patient. Nearly another 2 weeks later and still no delivery. They have offered me jobs, made me think I was about to start work, but then nothing happens. They hardly keep up with communication or follow through with what they say which is an obvious red flag. Even when you apply for positions on there website, the jobs you put through stay in process for over a week, sometimes longer. Unreliable, giving out false hope then waste your time. Yet have these high expectations of you. I have tried 1st Call more then once with little results. This time round I grew tired of being mucked around so rung another recruitment agency. They asked me to come in that same day, then I got a phone call two days later and have been at work since. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
I couldn't get a job after graduation for 3 month. But I've got a job right after I met Cara at Tauranga branch. She introduced good job for me. I really appreciate her.

HAMILTON Receptionist was rude. Travelled from huntly with my infant and partner as they had appointments within Hamilton so to save gas. My child wasn't very nosey at all but door was slammed and we were told to keep her quiet, it was a hot day so sitting in the car was not an option. Upon trying to sign up 3 times, she tells me in front of others they can't take me because of my criminal history well over 9 years ago. No people skills this particular lady. Rather glad I dont have to deal with her in the future.
