Not a pleasant customer experience. Initially, the service person was helpful and gave good advice regarding the battery. Thank you to him. From that point on, it rapidly went "down hill" The Receptionist saw the "Boss". His attitude was shocking. When I was in their company, he wouldn't even acknowledge me. His attitude to the Receptionist was shocking. Don't know his name, but he was "unshaven". Didn't impress me. He was initially undecided about the battery I should have. No customer service attitude. Only one where I was an inconvenience. Clearly, they felt they had more important things to worry about. I was given options re charging the cars battery, or fitting a new one. The options were numerous and totally confusing - given the question I asked. I won't elaborate; was confusing. In short, will I buy the battery from AA Hewletts Rd? The answer is "NO". I'd sooner go somewhere else where my custom is appreciated. I don't need the pathetic and unprofessional service I received from AA Hewletts Rd. First time i have taken the car in ( man usually does it) served by a lovely lady who guided the process, a great team of men serviced the car, and got our tyres done the following week. All information given to me, great price too...thank u
Needed a WOF, rang for an appointment and was told I could just call in! Great to be able to do that when you work. The staff are lovely as always excellent service. Was in and out in 30mins. Have been a member for 25yrs and have always given me exceptional service over the years. Can't fault them.
Very friendly and professional team. Nice environment and good facilities while you wait. Got my headlights polished for only 15.00 too. Won't be going to VTNZ anymore Mark W
