I purchased the Hoover Carpet shampoo machine and was very pleased with the patience and knowledge i experienced at the Bayfair shop. I am very happy with my purchase....easy to use, fantastic clean with vibrating brushes and great suction when removing water. I highly recommend the Bayfair shop for service and selling my the right product at a good price.
Excellent service. My vaccum head was damaged while the service centre was closed down over Christmas so it couldnt be sent for repair, I accepted that I would have to wait until after the christmas break to get it sorted. I was delighted though that the lovely guys in store had pro actively ordered in the part as soon as the service centre reopened and tracked down my number to let me know it was in store.
