Not much interaction to expect from the staff, they looked bored and does not care at all. Was not even asked once if we needed assistance, they were all standing and congregating in the counter or appeared to be looking busy with their hand held device. The worst JB Hi Fi store we visited, definitely not visiting you again.

Experienced problems with I Phone purchased from this store. On third visit to resolve the problem I felt that I was being fobbed off and no ne would take responsibility. I insisted that some action be taken and finally phone was sent for repair. The phone was finally replaced and when I called at the store to pick up the replacement no data had been downloaded to the new phone so all was lost. The situation was not good and I felt sorry for the shop assistant who was bearing the brunt of my frustration while the store manager hovered in the background an did not once intervene to take ownership of the situation and try to resolve the issue. The shop asst went to him on numerous occasions for advice.

Really Bad service never Buy head phones here. The people that work there does not help the customer. The manager is not doing his job properly. We bought a headphones that does not fit my ear and they don't give me any solution.
