I had the pleasure of having Maia as my laser hair removal therapist. I was very nervous coming in as it was my first treatment but Maia walked me through every single detail of this process. She was very professional, bright & charismatic which made me feel at ease and have the confidence to do this treatment. During treatment, Maia held the same professionalism and made it an incredible experience that I will be coming back for again.

My first laser session went fantastically! My therapist Maia was so nice and made the process very comfortable. All the details of the procedure and how it works were explained to me before the treatment, and the laser hurt no where near as much as I thought it would! I was pleasantly surprised and I definitely recommend this clinic for laser treatments.

She talked me through everything so I felt confident in the process and results of my treatment. I couldn't recommend the service and the treatments highly enough. Recently I was treated to 2 treatments and was fortunate to have the super lovely, uber experienced and knowledgeable Sarah. She made the experience very luxurious and professional. She has a wealth of knowledge on skin care and treatments and I left with not only glowing skin at a great price, but feeling like I had a holistic spa treatment with state of art equipment. I dealt with Maia who is a skin/laser therapist in the Bay Fair branch. I could not recommend her enough, Maia is very professional & passionate about her job. She answered all of my questions and more! she's such a pleasure to deal with. After speaking to Maia she explained everything to me in detail and i felt very comfortable talking to her about the treatment i wanted. I look forward to dealing with her again. 10/10 service thank you Maia.
