Excellent service! In other places they told me they couldn't repair my favorite and bent glasses after accidentally sitting on them because I didn't buy them there, but in OPMS they sent them for me to a expert in these types of rapirs without me having to go anywhere else and left them perfect. Thank you so much for the great service!

Would definitely recommend this business. Customer experience was 5 stars! Plus The service was great. Joon Lee the optometrist was very professional, polite and so knowledgeable. I hope the manager/owner value this employee as he is a great asset for the company. I think the customer service was superb which is really rare for find in the NZ market overall. Having visited and getting 100% satisfaction with the repair to my damaged glasses, then making an appointment to have eye test, I need to advise that my new glasses don't seem to be any different to my old ones. Maybe my eyes need to adjust.
