I need more than 5 stars. Competitively priced, plenty of choice without being overwhelming. Excellent explanations of the technology and materials. The real winner was the service. Matt gave us great advice, time to try the options and we had total confidence that we would get the right bed and accessories. Amazingly, made buying bed a pleasure! Totally recommend supporting this local small business.

Would highly recommend Matt at Sleepmode. Not pushy at all but very knowledgeable when I had questions. I ended up picking the bed that Matt suggested for me and I am very happy with it. Bed was delivered free of charge, set up and all the plastic taken away. Exceptional service from start to finish.
Dealing with Matt was a breath of fresh air in an industry full of bogus 50% off “deals”, outlet -specific bed model names so you can’t compare prices and brand-incentivised pushy salesmen. He is open, patient and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone.
Best place to go for a mattress or bed. The owner Matt is a top bloke! Couldn't be more helpful. He used to be in the bed manufacturing business so really knows his stuff. He can't be beaten on price or customer service. If you need a better sleep, go see Matt at SleepMode!
