Absolute shambles this place. Had my windscreen replaced and as soon as I drove out of their driveway I could hear a large amount of air coming through the bottom of the windscreen and put my hand up to it and could feel the air. My windscreen had not been installed properly and I had to take it back to get it re done which was a bit of an inconvenience. After my windscreen was replaced the first time I watched the man who did it, race off as I was picking up my car, with what I would assume would be his girlfriend. Obviously in a rush to get away from work and my car was rushed. After the 2nd visit to get it fixed.... The 3rd visit.... As when my windscreen fogs up in the mornings etc, all I see is the 4 massive circles on my windscreen from the installation suction cups. I have called up other companies and they have confirmed this should not happen. I told Smith and Smith this and they just told me it needed cleaning... And proceeded to give it a good clean. Said it will be good to go. Was it? Nope. Still have the massive circles and when I called up customer care to complain, was told someone would get back to me, and they never did. Had to call up AGAIN to chase up. Was told to visit another centre and they would fix it. Didn't waste my time. Absolute time wasters and muck arounds. Only reason they got 2 stars instead of one is cause they were friendly enough to deal with the 3 visits I had
