Will not come back again, price is getting higher and higher after the minimum wage change, which is fine. However, the food is less and less after the raising price, hope you can survive longer

I go here often for lunch and I do generally enjoy the food, however agree that the price is unreasonably expensive for what you get. The salads can look limp at times and their meat portion sizes are rationed too much in my opinion, but taste-wise the food is delicious. The staff appear grumpy all the time and in a rush and never smile and greet the customer, but this doesn't bother me as my interaction is at most 20 seconds then im off enjoying the food. Obviously they have room to improve.

Always sympathise with customer facing workers however one of yours was incredibly rude and had an attitude for no reason. After I bought this up to a co-worker they started talking in another language to each other laughing. My bowl happened to conveniently be under filled after this compared to previous times. Won't be coming back

I asked at 10 am are you open they said we will open at 11:10 am. I again checked at 11:10 and said sorry we need 5 more min and same drama even after checking 3rd time as well. But sorry owners you are loosing money and customers big time.

I’m giving 2 stars only because I actually enjoyed my overpriced prawn Udon, and I’m feeling generous because I don’t feel they deserve a SINGLE star because of their non existing customer service! I’d give 5 stars if the customer Service was exceptional even if the food wasn’t that good.

There is a female staff member who is extremely rude working here. I placed an order which included rice and she didn't add the rice and when i brought it to her attention she was rude and kept repeating herself about how I said I didn't want rice. Anyway, I didnt care about the rice at this point, so I had a family member come with me to ask her if we could speak to the manager; at first she said that the manager wasn't there and that he was moving over seas then she said she was manager. I let her know that her attitude was disgusting and that she needed to work on her customer service. A male staff member jumped in to help resolve but when I was explaining to him the female worker again was talking over me, I wasn't even able to explain my side. This is the first time experiencing such poor customer service and if she truly is the manager, then I highly suggest avoiding this place unless you want to be yelled at in front of everyone at the food court. She did end up apologising but this was obviously not sincere.

It was ok, good sized portion and quite spicy. Very sweet which was a bit disappointing. Flavour was pretty good. It fills a hole if you are hungry . It's quite good value for money

Pretty rude, came at 10:40am on a Wednesday to say they’re closed, went to the next food place to see within a minute they served people right after us
