Poor customer service. Standing there for at least 10 mins, checking different earrings, no one come and ask me anything. Instead of providing me any help, they would rather standing in front of the door and talk to each other. If they were busy, I will understand, but they are not. Good luck you lose a customer, but I don’t think they care.

Just picked up a watch that needed resizing and walked away with the hugest smile on my face. Awesome customer service!! Had two staff members ask me how I was and wished me well for an upcoming surgery. Both very genuine. Had amazing conversations with them even tho I wasn’t spending any money!

Not the greatest experience. Associate was serving myself and at least one other person at the same time. Taking over me to the other customer. I was enquiring about sizing and felt very rushed. I was also discouraged from ordering online as it would “take weeks” for the product to arrive and that they would be able to ride the same product within 5 days instead. It really out me off altogether

Good sales women. Not a fan of the sales manager, he was a bit hostile when I returned an unwanted gift, which I understand, but no need to make his feelings obvious. Just makes him superficial as a sales manager. That being said, it's great they take products back, unlike Stewart Dawsons. Nice products.

Honestly guys this store is full of so many bad sales staff. Downright poor customer service, the older Asian lady is so rude, especially to those work into the store with a budget. She literally discriminates based off what you look like and should not be working in front line sales ever! The only bright spark in this store was the young girl that works there who noticed how rude her colleague was and stepped into help. Just because someone walks into your store dressed in shorts and a tshirt and jandals does not mean they are broke! I was going to be spend tens of thousands of dollars at Michael hill for my partners wedding ring and she was going to do the same with mine, but after that kind of service on Christmas Eve, no way in hell do we buy anything from Michael hill again!

Probably the worst customer service in Auckland and the rating shows. Told the lady out budget and that we are just looking, kept following us calling my partner "lovely" with rings twice what we wanted to spend. Did not listen, then when we said thanks and left she didn't even thank us or say bye. Extremely rude, should not be working in this store, it was the tall asain lady. Will never buy from any Michael Hill due to this

This store is amazing. The service we have had from Leanna is the most helpful and she goes beyond to help what we were after. And she would be the best sales person we have ever come across in a Michael Hill store. Top marks all round
