Have only been with them for one week, but it's not easy. I couldn t book online so went in in person. The place has awful music playing and a huge two way mirror right in front of where you sit. The office lady did put me on a wait list, and called me when it was free. It wasn't the model we wanted, but took it anyway. I had to take a lot of documents In, signed and paid for a week in advance. I asked for all of the documents to be emailed to me. 6days later a fortnightly payment came out. I realised I hadn't revived nay documents stating the amounts and dates. I went in in person again, saying I hadn't received these through email. And then she printed them for me(when I wanted an email) so now I'll take them to work to scan them in. It's a little unsettling that we paid a week in advance, and then 2 weeks in advance. I hope it's not messy at the end.
Well, what can I say really about this organisation. Let me start from the beginning. Two weeks ago I hired a projector, screen and PA system for a function in Taupo. By the time the equipment got to Taupo late Friday night it was minus the projector and laptop. Because They do not open Saturday, I had to re-hire equipment from another company in Taupo for double the amount. When I rang and complained the owner said he would be around in two days time to refund my money pick up the gear and apologise. Seven days later I m still waiting for both, my refund and equipment to be picked up. This business is just hopeless, hopeless, hopeless, and so are his two staff who run the office. Went there on a Wednesday, notice on door saying we closed. Went there on Monday saying we closed as we on bereavement leave. Seriously DO NOT USE MR RENTALS ROTORUA, TOTALLY, TOTALLY HOPELESS
