Very disappointed with the service, have a uke Bag that was broken and they said I needed to be in the system to find proof of purchase. Then I bought 2 new items and they wouldn't put my details in the computer. Very much a harry enfield " computer says no experience.." many times I gave time for a solution but just a no, maybe better service at music planet the other store..
