Awesome friendly customer service. Got a quote for new heat pump unit within reasonable timeframe. Technicians came installed machine did a fantastic job of showing me hot to use the unit & even better cleaned up after themselves happy customer here. I would recommend. Only down fall is the manager who came to assess my property needed to communicate more with me about size of units. But the guys were amazing.

So very helpful. I sent an email asking for help and they phoned and took the time to give advice. They ended up fixing my washing machine (replaced the pump) and it works well now. The technician was amazing too. I cannot recommend them highly enough, such wonderful people!

What an amazingly helpful place. The people on-site were kind, caring and were able to give me vacuum advice and direction... this was upon closing time for their Christmas Break!!! Thankyou for opening the doors to let me chat about vacuum parts. You people Rock.

Overall seemed to take a long time! Ask to provide quote before any work was to be done. I had to call after two weeks to see what was happening. Then a week later had to contact again to find out a part was ordered to confirm that no over work required. Then another part was required and quote was then sent! Once I confirmed go ahead it took four more days. Then when I called to collect my dryer I was told I would have to help lift into my car as technicians had finished for the week, went to collect it and there were two techs who were able to put into my car!
