Last year we had the sad task of buying headstones for two family members within 5 weeks of each other. Cynthia at Headstone World Napier was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful when it came to decisions we had to make and her input helped us to achieve headstones and wording that we know our loved ones would have been so happy with. We can’t speak highly enough about Cynthia and the rest of the team. We were informed of all steps of progress and as soon as the headstones were placed we were not only phoned, but was emailed photos for us to see straight away.
