I can not speak highly enough of Howard and Gannon Funerals Ltd. Ross, Janine, Julie and Pip were amazing from the outset. The professionalism, empathy and attention to detail was incredible. They guided us through a difficult time and I will always be immensely grateful for the care they took not only of my Dad but also of us.

All of the H&G team played a part in supporting us through the roller coaster of activities and emotions that goes with losing and farewelling a loved one. The aesthetics of the chapel were beautiful and the premises calming and professional. We particularly thank Ross, Julie and Pip for their warmth and compassion, care towards our mother and to us as a family, and for their attention to detail. Thanks too for engaging Kerin (flowers) and Liz (catering) for the day of the service.

Directors Ross Gannon and Janine Howard have the perfect combination of professionalism and warmth, assisting families at this difficult time. The Sugar Loaf Chapel is bright and airy, and a separate area for refreshments means guests can stay and reminisce. Eco options are available.
Dealing with a death of a loved one is never easy. When we had a bereavement in the family recently, I called Janine and she and the team where fabulous with every single detail of the arrangements. She treated us with care and compassion and we now have some wonderful memories, and even a video of the service. The chapel, service, livestream and printed service sheets were absolutely beautiful as was the photo montage they put together for us. Before engaging the services of Howard and Gannon, I enquired about costs to a number of places and this team was surprisingly more cost effective than some others. We selected some extra's but these were priced as we selected them and invoiced completely as quoted. If you are in the unfortunate position of having to hire a funeral director, I would highly recommend Howard and Gannon for taking care of everything for you.
