I did not have a good experience. I bought a new iPad from them and was told they would transfer all my data from my old I pad. They did not mention that it was going to cost an additional 70.00 however I paid it anyway. The transfer was faulty in many ways and I went back to seek customer service. They stopped responding to my requests for service. I won’t be going back.
