The only place I go to I get looked after and they help you out when your a bit stuck And prices are lower than any were else My place to go
Waited nearly 45mins for nothing, I wanted wood cut, no one willing to help instead staff concentrated on customers who's orders were easier. A staff member apologized then carried on ignoring me, which did upset me, not good enough unfortunately. My experience in the past has never been like this, what shame for this franchise. Instead I ended up giving my business to their competitor instead

Is a good store, newish with a good easy to view layout. Staff are helpful to your needs or requests. A pleasant visit there. Recommend dropping in there
Excellent helpful service at a good price. I'm always worried when I buy small amounts from what I deem to be a more "trade oriented" business. But I needn't have been worried. Dealt with Napier Carters the same week, a very different experience! Well done, I will be back again soon.
