Did not enjoy my experience here at all- buying my first car. I was treated really nicely when I was interested in purchasing a car and when I purchased the car. The minute my car broke down (1 day after picking it up) and I asked for the 5-day money back guarantee I was treated absolutely poorly. Not impressed.

Awesome team at Turners in Napier, so helpful and accommodating. Bought a car from Turners in Christchurch, but head gasket blew half way through our road trip, leaving us stranded in Napier. Sean, Paul and Hayley sorted us out with a replacement car at a reasonable price and got us back on the road without any delays. They weren’t pushy in any way, like you would expect from car sales people, and they were happy to offer advice where needed. Thanks guys, really appreciate all your help

Purchase vehicle via hp. Oil issue problem accured after new vtnz wof. Vtnz found no oil leaks. The oil problem happened. within warrentie.Turners refused to repair fault. Only supplying parts. Claiming repair refund via commerce commission.
