I found it great.went in to get some documents printed.in the end they scanned and sent them for me. Hard case staff member was really helpful. Ended up stealing her pen by accident...sorry.lol

Stood at the counter waiting as the staff members gossiped to each other about how their customers are incredibly rude for asking them to speed up service a little. I needed 7 A4 prints made with nobody else waiting, and took around 15 minutes while the staff member stood at her computer sipping a hot drink and chatting to her coworker. Very frustrating, and I felt like I couldn't say something as they were literally complaining about a customer speaking up about this exact thing. I know it gets busy close to Christmas, but this was at the end of the day and there were no other customers in the shop.
