Really cool shop & very helpful: we were searching for a screw that had come off of a penn reel and was lost. We were offered to order it, but he’d need the exact part number as he already had a box full of stuff people ordered and then realised later it was not the exact one they needed. As we were only driving through Nelson, we didn’t want to order, but asked if by any chance there might be a screw in that box he mentioned that would allow us to at least temporarily use our reel. He was not confident but very happy to check and he found one!!! Rescued the rest of our fishing holiday!!! He even didn’t want to have anything for it in the end and just sent us off with a „no, really, get out, go fishing“.
