I had 8 quotes from different places and Carpet Court were the only ones that followed up( they weren't the cheapest but no hidden costs). Abigail was lovely down to earth and listened to what I wanted including organising van and a man to help move our furniture (which I thought were very good). The carpet layer was very good and accommodating. Abigail phoned before and after to see how it all went so I cannot fault the process I went through . I had a very good experience, so Thank you. Be aware to anyone that is looking at using carpet court nelson. I highly recommend you find a different company. I don't have any good feedback just a very bad experience all round.

We had carpet court come and do new carpet and vinyl in our 3 bedroom home, from start to finish it was a brilliant experience, from the chap who came around to do the free measure and quote and helped us pick the right colours and quality within our budget down to the awesome guy that came and did it all in a day and a half! Nothing was a problem, quick professional friendly service! Would totally recommend these guys in a heartbeat!
