Disappointed. Three cartons went missing whilst in their care. The manager shrugged and denied all responsibility.
I have used Crown twice to move. Two years ago from Wellington to Nelson, and then more recently within Nelson. They are the most professional company I have come across. They take a lot of care wrapping furniture in blankets - and they work fast and efficiently. Administration side was also very good, and we had a quote and information we needed reasonably quickly. I would highly recommend Crown Relocations.
Their calendar was full, but they got a team from their Christchurch depot to come up to Nelson to carry out the move. They arrived on time and completed loading and move out in the scheduled time. It was a very efficient team and they were very helpful and obliging. Our move in to the new house involved storage for some time, then completion of the shift. All of this went smoothly to plan. The follow up was excellent with Crown even arranging for the picking up of the packaging material from our house.In spite of our possessions having been handled twice, there was very little damage to anything. We had no need of the insurance Crown supplied us with. Thank you Crown

I used crown relocations to move a partial house load from Nelson to Dunedin and was very pleased with the service. I was kept fully informed at all times, staff were courteous and efficient, and all the gear arrived safely and in a timely manner. I would use crown again.
All the Crown Staff provided excellent service, from beginning to end, with patient, personal support and great advice. Every part of the move was handled well. The service from the personnel involved, in NZ and the UK was exceptional. All the staff I met were a pleasure to deal with. Also the storage fee was very inexpensive. There were only 2 drinking glasses broken. One item was 'lost' but covered by my Crown insurance policy and my claim was dealt with within a day! Overall, the experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again, without a doubt.
Best relocations experience we've had to date and we have moved many times before domestically and internationally. Communication and the customer service provided by the Nelson team was outstanding.
