We engaged Bevan to draught our new house. We had a specific size and layout in mind and once we had discussed these with him we left him to it. He then drew our plans along with all the required working drawings to present to Council for a NCC Building Consent. During the process he liaised with our Structural and Geotech Engineers and with NNC staff, to the final stage of consent issue. Bevan got everything right first time - a great experience for us and we would definitely recommend him. Greg and Shelley Smith
