What authority do I have to practice as a professional supervisor? I have a Post graduate qualification in Professional Supervision, which sits on top of a B.A. (Education and English) and a Post graduate Diploma of Teaching. My career spans 20 + years in the field of teaching, education, and educational management. Supervision draws on my strong and well developed inter-personal skills, my ability to listen and communicate effectively and combines these with a sound academic understanding around the process, value and benefits of supervision. I welcome the opportunity to work with all professionals. My interest and expertise is in providing Inter-professional Supervision (IPS) to practitioners and managers across a diverse range of professions. It is common for similar issues to be brought to supervision, regardless of the work you do, such as: ✔️conflict in the workplace ✔️ethical and moral dilemmas ✔️managing anxiety and stress ✔️feeling stuck or overwhelmed in your work My supervision experience to date includes working with lawyers, doctors, teachers and team managers.
