Horrible. Stole my money even though they admitted they owed me 400. Had to chase them for months to get it back. When they finally returned my calls after a dozen attempts to contact them used the excuse they had been trying to contact me for the past week. They called me one day on an unknown number and did not leave a msg. How are you suppose to know who it is and follow up? Tried to blame me for their terrible service. Finally got the money they owed me 7 months later. Unbelievable

Cheaper than a famous company. DONT WNNA MENTION THAT COMPANYS NAME. Staff at New Lynn branch really helpful but sometime wait time is too long.

Absolutely unacceptable service! I paid for full insurance, and even have a receipt from them saying it has been paid, but while I was trying to make a claim, they said my policy didn't exist! After over half an hour, they finally found my policy and didn't even immediately apologize! Never go with these guys, as they don't take their customers seriously! Nor appreciate them from my experience.
