Godfreys Newlynn helped me to find a good vacuum which help me with the allergy of my partner and my pets long hair. I was quite impressed with the Customer service skills of the clean shaved and highly energetic Indian salesman who took the time to understand my specific needs than trying to sell some random vacuum as others do. Detailed demonstrations helped me to understand the difference between various vacuums & choose the most suitable one, which I am perfectly happy after using last one month. Had a great overall buying experience.

I just went to the New Lynn branch to fix my vacuum cleaner and there was a young staff who’s wearing glasses behind the counter extremely friendly! He’s not only told me what’s wrong with my vacuum but also clean it for me with free of charge! I thought they only give free service only within in the warranty, but not knowing they still help customer like me! Thank you heaps from Godfrey New Lynn! PS: I’m so sorry I didn’t ask for his name! Plz tell him I said ‘thank you’!

Indian Salesman tried hard to rip me off by trying to sale an expensive Vacuum Cleaner while I was there for a part for my Hoover Tranquilly. I ended up buying that part from another shop with 20 dollar whereas I had been quoted 59 at this shop. Absolutely disastrous experience!!!
