PURELY DISAPPOINTING. I was told that my specs will be ready in 2 weeks, I went there to get it as written in my appointment slip and was told that it wasn't ready and no one even bother to call and inform me. A waste of time. The person that's been assisting me said that a supplier LOST THE JOB ORDER so I need to wait for another 2 weeks???? and it's not even my fault. They cannot even fast track the job and still following their process wherein they didn't even know what happened with the job order. VERY INCOMPETENT AND VERY UNRELIABLE SERVICE.

This branch of Specsavers are really good! The staff is friendly and has a systematic aoproach. The doctors are friendly and got a transparent approach. You can book via appointments. The treatments, eye tests etc are precise and good. They have got a wide collection of frames. The staff is so helping that they even help you with the best they could do. The ambience is cool and makes you comfortable.

I had to return my prescription glasses to the Lynnmall store today to have the left temple re-attached at the hinges to the end piece. The female receptionist who greeted me at the counter reassured me the problem would be fixed within 20 minutes. She was most accommodating. I didn't get her name but I knew she was Polynesian because I too am Polynesian. My glasses were returned to me and readjusted for comfort and fit by Annie. She was eager to ensure I walked away fully satisfied and I was. Thank you for the fantastic service Specsavers!

Well took my mum to have her eyes checked she is in a wheel chair and they can not dell with a person in a wheel chair I think they have a problem as I believe all business need to acomadate people in wheel chairs
