Great customer service, however requested delivery to be in morning but couldn't fulfil that time, instead we were put into the late afternoon slot between 3.30 to 4.30pm, had to call to check when the delivery will come just before 4.30 and they said it will be there within 5 minutes, they didn't arrive until 5pm! Without calling us to let us know, least they could do was help me (pregnant) and my husband take the bed base to our room but no, no help at all. (yes I know it's mentioned they drop it to the door)

We bought 3x sets of base with mattress, a set of fabric lounge suite, a set of marble dining suite from New Moon two months ago. They delivered my furniture within a week. Excellent customer service, very nice furniture at low price. I went back to New Moon and bought the freezer and washing machine from them today. Thank you New Moon. We surely will recommend our friends and family to buy from you

Purchased my new 2 piece base & mattress bed set just after lockdown but thought I’d wait a couple of months (it’s been 6 months now) before reviewing to see how I felt. I can honestly say it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! There is no partner disturbance being pocket springs & no hollowing of the foam comfort layer which I’ve found with other beds. The customer service was exceptional with great communication. One very happy customer here :)

I've spent too much here. The furniture is all imported from China, the staff are friendly and the after sales is incredible. Our bed broke, so we walked in after 4 months, we're greeted by name and given replacement parts with absolutely no problems. But the downside is the poor durability of the products. After 3 years, 5 of the 8 dining room chairs have been thrown out because they have broken frames, a lounge chair has moulted (pictured), and the sofa (already replaced once) is doing the same thing. I would have preferred our furniture to have have more than a couple of years.

The bonded leather couches are rubbish!! Only look nice but Be Warned - they will start peeling and start flaking. It is so embarassing when visitors come and see our peeling couches like we have picked them from the roadside. I am fuming that I have to start looking for couch covers.
