Bev, Kristelle & the team were super helpful in arranging our school holiday trip to Cambridge. Great knowledge of hotels, attractions and deals - they found us a great 'winter warmer' deal at Hidden Lakes hotel and booked us on the Hobbiton tour all for a price we couldn't beat ourselves. We will definitely be back to book our next trip.

Don't book flights from here because they don't follow their policy. my sister booked a flight from here spending nearly 3000, because of change of plans we wanted to postpone the date of her flight and they saying it can't be changed, no refund nothing can't happen nothing. Next time I will choose another agency but not this one for sure and I will not take Cathay Pacific as well. Lesson learned that spend some extra but choose good quality.
