A little iffy after-sales support. Granted it is early December. They installed a garage door for the previous owner. The counterweight spring broke, and I was locked out of my garage. Luckily my car was outside, or I'd be really screwed. (50-50 chance I would have been locked in). I left a phone message which the receptionist miswrote. No call, so I followed up the next day. On third business days, I got service. Concerned about emergency support.

These guys fixed my damaged garage door (a stupid accident by yours truly) and also corrected my poor attempts to fix the thing myself (know when to quit when you don't know what you are doing). Thought the door might need replacing but these guys found a way to get it going perfectly well without a major replacement job. Aweseome and highly recommended.

Phoned and explained what I thought was a major issue with our 14 year old garage door. Expected to be told it needed to be replaced. Arrived within 45 mins and fixed the problem very quickly. Fabulous service!! Definitely highly recommended
