We had a tank emergency over a long weekend. Vaughn responded to an email very quickly, and came at the first opportunity. He was efficient and professional, communicated clearly everything that he was going to do, gave useful advice, and helped us order a load of water, even though he gained no benefit from it. We really appreciated his attitude and his willingness to simply get the job done, at a fair price. Would highly recommend his services!

Had our tank cleaned by Vaughn at Tank man Taranaki, he was quick, efficient and worked in with us to get a new load of water on the same day meaning house was back up and running with in 6 hrs!
