Dropped car off to have air bag replaced and upon picking it up found the car key casing cracked and needing to be replaced, unable to turn key in ignition properly, it was not cracked and was working fine prior to the visit at this service agent. The service technicians denied all responsibility and offered to replace it for an extra 47........ Will not be using this service team again.

Totally recommend Tasman Toyota! Their service is next to nothing. The mechanics are really knowledgeable and I love the fact that they explain the problems and what do/did to fix them. Amazing service. They treat your Toyota/Lexus the way they have to be!
