Beautiful architecture and park with so many activities that you can do. When I was there, people were cycling, walking, on jet skis, going for a swim, having a picnic, etc. Beautiful place, and if you're lucky, you might see Mt. Taranaki clearly. Note: Bridge is currently being repainted so you might not be able to take a good photo of the whole bridge as there are some scaffolding on a part of it.

A really interesting bit of engineering to add a great point of interest to the amazing coastal walkway. New Plymouth is such a great little city.
Lovely bridge with smart architecture. Would suggest people to hire electric bikes or cycles when visiting this place. Also, good for camping around the area.
I loved being there in person. Have seen so many photos. Was a lovely day.
This is a gorgeous spot. Best to go on a calm day, especially when the mountain is clear. Unfortunately we didn't get the view and it was terribly windy.
Currently the bridge is for repainting.We were not able to maximise our photo op as there were scaffolding and other wires in one end of the bridge. Lots of area to walk or bike. There's a nearby area where you can kayak or use a board.
Been here twice! Beautiful on a sunny day...along the coastal walk. A slice of New Plymouth that must be inhaled.
Great and peaceful place to take walks or cycle. Lake and beach are within the vicinity which are awesome for family fun day out or picnic.
