I have recently replaced my glasses after many years! The service at this place is amazing. The technician who tested my eyes was simply outstanding. I have never received such personable and understanding service from a health professional in my life! She directed the examination professionally and her communication skills were outstanding which resulted in a very pleasurable experience. The front of house staff were also exceptional. I was given wonderful advice when choosing my frames and when I went to pick up my new glasses the assistant checked the fit and supplied me with a new case, cleaning materials and advise on care of my glasses. Overall I give this place 10 out of 10 for service!

Having recently accompanied my Grandpa to his most recent appointment I was completely blown away by the service that was provided! The reception area is very welcoming and despite it being the first time dealing with Shannon (having previously dealt with Bruce) she approached the entire process in a gentle yet effective and efficient manner. This ensured that my grandfather quickly developed a great level of confidence in her abilities and is looking forward to receiving his new lens! Huge thanks to all the team for your patience with us, and providing us with various options going forward as well :)

Most excellent. Been going to Bruce for the past 16 years. I have a tricky prescription and Bruce nails it every time. Good selection of glasses too. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, great products and a tremendous team who made the process seamless from initial testing to walking out with my snazzy new prescription glasses. Nicholls optometrists are top notch!
