This business would benefit from some PR Training ! We found all our interactions with them lacked any kind of warmth or appreciation for us as the CUSTOMER who are spending OUR MONEY with them. Sadly particularly in these Pandemic times we do believe in supporting local, but not if there is no appreciation that we are making that choice ! My advice is if you want manners, common courtesy, or any feeling your business is actually appreciated DON’T GO HERE !!!
