Went in with my sister to look for outfit ideas that our Mum would like. The lovely lady working in the store today was very bubbly and kind, she understood that we were having difficulty choosing sizes and styles that would suit our Mum's body type. Thankfully, with her help, we were able to put together an outfit and even add on some pretty lingerie! I know our Mum will love her birthday present (we are also quite envious ). Thank you for the fantastic shopping experience! We hope to be back soon, this time, with our Mum x

Easily my favourite clothes store. Besides the stylish non-frumpy plus size clothes they also sell the best plus size bras and lingerie, including for bustier women that fit really well. A godsend.

I had a horrible experience at this store earlier this month unfortunately. I did make a formal complaint but as usual just received the normal "we will address it" email back. The staff I had that day were unprofessional and rude. When I enquired about a certain size of jeans the girl informed me that size would be abit snug on me (who says that to plus size shoppers)? I work in retail and I am so careful with how I talk to my shoppers encouraging them and being supportive not making them feel discouraged. In the end I was the size she said would be to tight!

Sigourney and Sophie I believe we're amazing, they helped me find the perfect dress and some better fitting underwear! They didn't have the size I needed so they called the Queen'sgate branch which I collected the next day, those ladies were also lovely. I cannot thank you all enough you made me feel so confident and we all had a good laugh to! 200 well spent!
